- Subscription orders have estimated fulfillment within 10 business days of payment processing. Since orders are customized, this timeline may be extended if we need to reach out for additional input from you.
- Expediting shipping does not expedite processing times.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address on the order is correct.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- We require you to create an account at checkout. We know this feels like a jerk-move, however it ultimately gives you the freedom to control your address and payment information. It also gives you control over your subscription orders and opt-ins for email/SMS messaging.
- We highly recommend that you subscribe to our email messaging. We try to limit email updates to 1-2 a week and this gives us permission to communicate with you about your subscription.
- We carefully consider your responses to the subscription surveys and feedback forms in order to hand-pick books that will be meaningful to you. What sets you apart is what sets us apart!
- We use your email address to connect your orders with your surveys and feedback. Please be consistent.
- Refunds will be issued for orders where RRR has clearly made a mistake, such as sending a book with a trigger topic you clearly stated in your survey.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
